AHU + for Energy recovery

Reclaiming heat from exhaust air and returning it to the fresh supply stream reduces energy consumption in a huge range of buildings such as hospitals, swimming pools, supermarkets, schools and colleges, restaurants, and social clubs. In every case, the running cost of the energy recovery system is virtually nil, and maintenance is minimal

 

AHU+ for Dehumidification

Pre cooled and Reheated in AHU enhances the performance of a dehumidifier and improves the quality of the recycled air. The energy recovery provides a more comfortable environment for living and working in applications such as shopping malls, call centres, supermarkets for example. The improvements in efficiency come without any increased running costs from the heat pipe.

Scope of application

Energy recovery: Recovers heat or cool air from the exhaust to save energy.

Pre-cooled and reheated with moisture remove: Cools and dehumidifies the air, then reheats it to a normal temperature.

Dehumidification purpose: Specifically designed for removing moisture from the air.

Principle of productThe

rotating heat exchanger consist of a rotatingwheel, casing and drive unit. As the wheelrotates slowly, the heat from the exhaust air ispicked up by the aluminium in the matrix andtransferred to the cool supply air. Their smallfoot-print and the high sensible efficiency thatthey provide. The possibility of adding coatingto wheel, which allow latent transfer, is anotherfactor favoring these products

Features and Benefits

Energy Recovery : Captures thermal/cooling energy from exhaust air to pre-treat fresh supply air, significantly reducing energy load on the AHU.

Latent Heat Removal (Moisture Control) Recovers latent heat (moisture) using an Enthalpy Wheel to simultaneously control both humidity and temperature.

Double Rotors Configuration. Uses two energy recovery wheels for ultra-high efficiency or separate, precise control of sensible heat and latent heat.

Rotor + Heatpipe (Hybrid System) Combines a Rotor Wheel with a Heat Pipe for efficient, stable hybrid heat transfer, often minimizing cross-contamination.
