BENDIG™ Desiccant Packaged Air Handling Unit (DP-AHU) are intended for mass transfer of water vapor for use in desiccant dehumidification and desiccant cooling equipment. For use in this broad range of applications, BENDIG has been engineered for maximum durability under operating condition serve.

Desiccant Packaged Air Handling Unit from BENDIG are single station where provide dry-cooling ondition in occupy space. This help reduce installation area, easy to maintenance in single source station, lower risk of leakage where difficult to control the dew point temperature.

Low humidity control: (Below 35% RH)

BENDIG DP-AHU is suitable for low humidity control condition (Espectially below 35%RH). The low dew-point temperature shall be managed and removed latent heat from air steam by Desiccant wheel. AHRI-Certified Desiccant wheel consumes low energy consumption and performs precisely relative hu-midity control for the room condition. Above 35%, we are also recommend to use desiccant wheel as dry-cooling process to reduce latent heat and raise up a litle bit sensible temperature to preserve energy consumption.

Two kinds of desiccant rotors available in BENDIGO DP-AHU. First, wound silica gel, as high performance silica gel and second one is low-dewpoint temperature molecular sieve desiccant rotor

Integrate Cooling AHU

BENDIG DP-AHU standard controller combine with Smart-SCR controller, where helps reactivation side preserve energy consumption after air steam reach the dew-point temperature. Percentage of current supply shall be reduced dramatically until supply air dewpoint temperature is maintained. Therefore, the energy consumption shallbe lower than conventional step controller.

Smart Energy Consumption

When the latent load has been removed from the system and reach the control tondition, our smart SCR controller will reduce the percentage of Electric Heater operating for preserving energy consumption and maintaining occupy zone condition effectively.

Longevity

Properly used and maintained, BENDIG DP-AHU is designed for 87,600 hours (appx. 10years) of continuous ISS This Iongevity Statistic is based on maintaining 90% minimum full rated performance.

Process and standard equipment

 

Sequence of component in BENDIG DP-AHU typically ensures easy maintanance and accss to component. Every components installed foiiow as engineering requirement from original manufacturer. We ensure dew point temperature in each air stage where guarance the supply air condition to occupy zone.

Filtration section

Filter bypass eakage ofDP-AHU follow as EN1886: F9 class where maximize low-leakage rate of filter bypass between air filter and AHU frame​

Fan Section

Standard Fan in DP-AHU is open-wheel type AKA plug Fan. Fan is direct-driven, easy to maintenance and High-efficiency

Cooling Battery ( Per-cooling )

Cooling coil ​
where remove sensible load and moisture content in air steam., we can supply in 2 options, Chilled water coil_and Direc Expansion coil. We can offer copper-fin and copper tube as optional and increas special fin-coating for preventing high corroive condition.

Recommended Coil Coatings

Heresite Coating
Designed to deliver maximum protection against severe corrosive elements, thereby securing the long-term integrity of the heat exchanger and ensuring sustained operational efficiency throughout its extended service life.

Epocy coating

This helps to extend the coil’s service life, especially in highly corrosive environments, and to maintain the cooling performance and indoor air quality by resisting microbial growth.

Desiccant Section

​​This section removes latent heat from air steam. We can provide 2 kinds of desiccant media, Wound-Silica-Gel and Molecular-Sieve desiccant Wound silica gefl is appropriate for high temperature regeneration while Molecular sieve is suitable for low- lemperature and rapid ROI.

Post Cooling coil

Material and function are slightly the same as Pre cooling section but Post cooling section main function always plays as sensible load and control supply air as occupy zone request.

​Direct Expansion also can be provided as cooling source for cooling rocess in DP-AHU

Heating Battery

BP-AHU provides Electric Heater as standard product but in casc of customer have another heating source such as Hot=water, Steam, Gas Turbine, it can be customized design as per your request

Smart-SCR controller for regeneration side

Regeneration Fan

DP-AHU uses Flange type motor as our standard product for Regen Fan. This help fan motor keeps away from heat load from Desiccant. then motor life time shall be longer. We can also proride explosion proof fan for special use and high explosive zone follow as ATEX or IEC-EX directive
