Certification
Eurovent will require renewed test every three years for performance on Real Unit if holding ISO 9001; otherwise every year is needed.
The highest quality of BENDIG air handling unit is proved by several international and national certified programs.
We comply with all branch requirements of IAD (Integrated Quality Assurance) system, ISO 9001 : 2000.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management
system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to
consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable
statutory and regulatory requirements. It aims to enhance
customer satisfaction through the effective application of the
system, including processes for continual improvement of the
system and the assurance of conformity to customer and
applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
We regularly carry out laboratory tests on our devices. Similarly, we
treat our innovative solutions with the same high standards. The
test results of our devices, as well as the quality of product
characteristics, are well appreciated by independent experts—such
as Eurovent, TUV SUD, TUV NORD, SGS, and UKAS—who provide
our products with appropriate certificates.

All PTP-H part has been tested according to ISO EN 846
the action of microb test for non-metallic materials. All parts under 1 in both method A and C. And test results carry on by Hygienice Institute of Rurhgebiets.
Scope: Air Handling Unit according to EN 1886
Our AHU has been tested at TUV SUD GmbH Laboratory which is certified to ISO 17025 (accreditation). Therefore, you can be ensured of safety and certainty, reliability and impartiality. Certified Characteristics (classification)
The following performance characteristics shall be certified:
- Casing Strength
- Casing Air Leakage: Negative pressure maximum rate at 400 Pa
- Casing Air Leakage: Positive pressure maximum rate at 700 Pa
- Filter Bypass Leakage
- Thermal Transmittance
- Thermal Bridging Factor
Scope: Air Handling Unit according to EN 13053
The unit is tested according to TUV NORD Systems in Germany. All rating and performance are verified by Eurovent Certificate Program.
The standard testing we conform with is prEN 13053: which verifies that technical parameters stated in Technical information from our software are the same as the real unit we supply.
